Ypacarai, San Bernadino, Caacupe and Tobati

We will visit: San Lorenzo with its neo-gothic church which was built after the model of a church in Wuppertal - Germany; the Ramón Elias mythological museum in Capiatá, in Itauguá we will see the spider web like handmade laces of Ñandutí and Aho - Poí.

Later we will arrive at San Bernardino, which was founded by German colonist in the year 1881 to have a look at the Ypacaraí Lake; continuing our tour we will visit the Basilica of the Virgin Of The Miracles in Caacupé: therefore the town got the nickname of The Spiritual City Of Paraguay. After a short voyage on a road through some rocky elevations of a capturing natural beauty, passing several brickworks we reach Tobatí. Here we will see fine works carved in native woods by local artisans. Return to Asunción.
