Yguazú and Itaipú - two days

 (Leaving to your next destination from Yguazú –International-Airport)

2 day´s adventure trip.....

Early in the morning, we leave for Ciudad del Este. On the way we will visit the Mythological Museum of Capiatá and the typical Ñandutí tissues of Itauguá. After a stop for lunch, we will visit the fall of the Monday River, the Hydroelectric Plant of Itaipú, the museum and the botanic and zoological gardens of the Itaipú- enterprises. Before sunset, we will cross the Friendship Bridge to the city of FOZ DE YGUAZÚ - BRASIL, lodging in the Hotel Suiza

Yguazú and Itaipú - 2.Day
Breakfast (included) and visit to the YGUAZÚ NATIONAL PARK where we will spend the morning admiring the IMPOSING 8th MARVEL OF THE WORLD, the YGUAZÚ FALLS. On the way to the waterfalls we can visit the BIRD PARK and participate on the MACUCO SAFARI on the Yguazú River. After lunch we will return to Asuncion. The order of the services may change if the tour is projected on Saturday or Sunday.

D) Going to Foz de Yguazú (Brazil) directly to the waterfalls in the National Park Yguazú.
Walking on the nice pavements about 1200 m long, you can watch the impressing natural
wonder of the waterfalls. Important! Bring enouth films, because for sure every visiter is using
more than one film.

E) Visiting the triangle where three countries meet: Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
And also visiting a exhibition of arts and crafts

Alternativ 1:

** Safari with boat-tour

After lunch we will visit the YGUAZÚ National Park, to see the 8th Marvel Of The World, the famous YGUAZÚ FALLS. The Macuco safari (tour through the subtropical forest, promenade and ride on the Yguazú River below the falls on 2 X 200 HP powered rubber boats. Duration approximately 2 hours. Price 33 US$/per person. And the recommended Bird Park ( 8 US$ per person) Visit the triangle where three countries meet (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay)

** There is enough time to do some optional trips like an helicopter flight over the FALLS

** attendance of the bird park right after leaving the national park area. Very recommendable, you can observe various types of birds in enormous cages.
The visitors are walking in the cages just like in the butterfly - and hummingbird house.

Return trip to Asunción with the alternative of a stop-over for dinner.
Arrival in the hotel around 8 p.m.

This tour includes a visit to the brazilian side of the waterfalls. You can book an additional trip to the argentinian side at the price of 50,- Euros + VAT per person (min. 2 participants).

(Not included are the expenses for food and drinks. The cost of the tickets for the
National Park of Yguazu, which are 12 U$D at the moment, are also not included.)
