YGUAZÚ FALLS, ONE DAY
Barely 18 km of the centre of the city of Yguazú begins with an extension of 186 000 hectares of untouched subtropical forest, the National Park of Yguazú. On its main river, the Yguazú River, we find more than 270 single waterfalls of different heights and quantities of water - the Yguazú fall complex.
This unique natural spectacle attracts about 15 millions visitors a year who get impressed and marvelled by this so-called Eighth Miracle of the World. In comparison with others waterfalls everywhere in the world, the Yguazú Falls are qualified as the most beautiful and impressive falls.
YGUAZÚ FALLS, ONE DAY (ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH NEARLY NO TIME)
After midnight, we start our trip to CIUDAD DEL ESTE. Arriving at sunrise we visit the MONDAY Falls, we will have breakfast and then we visit ITAIPÚ the greatest Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant in the world. Concluded the visit, we will make a short promenade through the Itaipú Museum and the Flora- and Fauna- Gardens. Then, still in the morning, we will cross the PUENTE DE LA AMISTAD (Friendship Bridge), which unifies PARAGUAY and BRAZIL over the impressing PARANÁ RIVER.

After lunch we will visit the YGUAZÚ National Park, to see the 8th Marvel Of The World, the famous YGUAZÚ FALLS. The Macuco safari (tour through the subtropical forest, promenade and ride on the Yguazú River below the falls on 2 X 200 HP powered rubber boats. Duration approximately 2 hours. Price 33 US$/per person. And the recommended Bird Park ( 8 US$ per person) Visit the triangle where three countries meet (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay)

** attendance of the bird park right after leaving the national park area. Very recommendable, you can observe various types of birds in enormous cages.
The visitors are walking in the cages just like in the butterfly - and hummingbird house.

Late in the afternoon, we return to Asunción.
Return trip to Asunción with the alternative of a stop-over for dinner.
Arrival in the hotel around 10 p.m.
This tour includes a visit to the brazilian side of the waterfalls. You can book an additional trip to the argentinian side at the price of 50,- Euros + VAT per person (min. 2 participants).
